20 listings in someone’s first month as a realtor is an impressive feat, and is a clear sign that Amy Ulmer deserved her American Home Purchase Center Rookie of the Year award. What makes this achievement even more impressive is that Amy managed to reach this goal while pregnant with her third child!
Amy credits her success to a combination of dedication, motivation, and perseverance. Additionally, she has channeled past personal struggles into a desire to teach and help sellers. In particular, ReboGateway enables her to generate focused real estate leads, helping her find and educate people who’ve recently received a Notice of Default or Notice of Sale. By focusing on real estate updates in her specialty, she has freed up more time for her family while building her career.
