II well first of all you need to set your goal of the date of your event and then you need to set your timeline backwards now if you’re a member of our community marketing system we actually have a complete event planning kit for you but if you’re not a member then you need to realize that you’re going to have to set up your timeline you’re going to have to plan your marketing strategy and very very important you need to select your joint venture partner so I’ll give you an example my family as you know they’re all in real estate so my husband and my daughters Taylor and Erika did a family photo event in the park now they JV joint venture partnered with a very popular photographer in the market and a very popular and very successful lender so what this means now is we have three databases three separate professionals inviting people into this event so they all get an opportunity to meet each other’s people they all work together to fill the event and they all share the cost alright so popular events the family photo photo with Santa photo with your pet you could do a home buyer event investor seminars are very big so think of your event what are you comfortable talking about where would you hold it what’s your date who are your partners and then let’s get together with them and create a great plan because what’s cool is you can get a lot of people together in a short period of time which is a really easy way of prospecting all right make it a great day.
