Do you have a lot of investors that you’re working with, and you can’t find properties for them? The new REO category may be something that will help you. So when you call your investor and say “this is a brand new REO on the market,” now you can bring them to that property, get them the inside track, and do potentially really terrific deal, possibly even something that they’ll fix and flip and list with you. So if you do work with investors, this may be a category that you’re going to want to pay some special attention to.
